Kimberley Hoidal has over 14 years of experience in public relations and fundraising. She joined Earn to Learn in September, 2017 as the Director of Development and Public Relations where she will oversee fundraising and public relations for the organization.
Previously Kimberley served as the Director of Development at Pima Council on Aging in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to her role in Tucson, Kimberley consulted with Concordia University School in Law in Boise, Idaho on its public relations campaigns relating to the launch and establishment as Boise’s first law school
The majority of Kimberley’s professional experience was spent in the sports industry. Most recently in the field, she served as the Vice President of Business Operations for the San Jose Stealth, a professional indoor lacrosse team. In her role she oversaw external and internal aspects of the Stealth operations. Prior to joining the Stealth, Kimberley served as an Assistant Media Relations Director at University of California, Berkeley and began her media relations career at Arizona where she worked as the primary media contact for the women’s golf program.
Kimberley graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelors degree in Political Science and a double minor pre-law and business administration. Furthering her education, she graduated with a Masters in Public Administration. An active member in the community, Hoidal volunteers her time with the Junior League, where she has served in various leadership positions in the both Oakland-East Bay and Tucson leagues and attended numerous conferences on various nonprofit topics.
