Xavier can be in two places at the same time, thanks to having an identical twin brother. From Phoenix, Javier graduated from Alhambra High School and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in public administration from Northern Arizona University. Xavier was a participant in a college readiness program that began when he was in the 5th grade, and he credits it as having the biggest impact on his ability to attend college. Javier’s goal is to pay it forward and make the same impact on other students. He has grown passionate for the nonprofit field, career and college readiness, community engagement, and youth development.
Xavier enjoys all things sports, from football to curling. Javier’s playlist ranges from from hip-hop to country and cumbias, and his weekends are spent with family and friends. Javier thrives on being in the community and volunteers for his former elementary school, the Be A Leader Foundation, and Rosie’s House, A Music Academy.
