Earn to Learn at NAU

NAU offers the Earn to Learn scholarship to two student populations. To qualify, you must meet the eligibility
requirements listed in one of these two columns:

Current Arizona Community College Students

  • Complete at least 36 credit hours by the time of transfer to NAU
  • Transfer to NAU the immediate fall/spring semester after community college attendance (cannot take a semester off)
  • Enroll as a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours / units) at NAU
  • Plan to enroll in an in-person campus program (online-only programs are not eligible)
  • Qualify to receive Federal Financial Aid
  • Qualify to receive $1 or more from the Federal Pell Grant
  • Qualify for in-state tuition

Current NAU students who are Native American

  • Enroll as a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours / units) at NAU
  • Enroll in an in-person campus program (online-only programs are not eligible)
  • Qualify to receive Federal Financial Aid
  • Qualify to receive $1 or more from the Federal Pell Grant
  • Qualify for in-state tuition

Earn to Learn at NAU is not available to students:

  • Starting at NAU directly after high school / incoming freshmen
  • Currently attending NAU
  • Attending programs through NAU Online
  • Who have already earned a bachelor’s, graduate, or professional degree
  • Who are dually-enrolled or in a Consortium Agreement between NAU and another college/university
