


What Earn to Learn (ETL) looks like at Michigan State University (MSU)
MSU Eligibility Requirements:
Incoming and current MSU students will:
- Enroll as a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours / units) at MSU
- Qualify to receive $1 or more from the Federal Pell Grant
- Qualify for in-state tuition
- Confirm participation in the MSU College Assistance Migrant Program (MSU CAMP) OR the MSU Migrant Student Services Program
Additional Notes:
- MSU will select students who meet these criteria and offer them the opportunity to participate in the ETL cohort
- The Matched Savings Account process is guided by the Earn to Learn Team.

To accomplish our mission, Earn to Learn has adopted a code of conduct to govern the actions and behaviors of all students participating in Earn to Learn programs. Students are expected to act according to the organization values:

Earn to Learn will not tolerate the following:
- Abusive, harassing, discriminating, and/or obscene language or gestures.
- Assault, verbal abuse, or threat of physical harm to a student, Earn to Learn employee/partner, or another person.
- Forgery of school related documents, falsifying information to school authorities, Earn to Learn, or a financial partner.
Any violation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Earn to Learn leadership. Consequences may include a student’s immediate removal from any or all programs.
