Mentorship Program

What you need to know about our Mentorship Program is:

Our mentorship program connects Earn to Learn students with professional mentors in their career fields of interest. Mentors help guide students throughout the academic year to prepare them for the workforce. Students meet with their mentors on a monthly basis and cover a variety of topics. Some of the topics they cover are resume review, mock interviews, work and life balance, networking, amongst others.

We offer two program terms for students and mentors, to better accommodate schedules. Our full-year term runs from September to May and our spring semester term runs from January to May.

We have students on campus at the following universities and community colleges:

  • Arizona State University
  • Northern Arizona University
  • University of Arizona
  • Cochise College
  • Coconino Community College
  • Mohave Community College
  • Pima Community College
  • Central Arizona College

Facts about Mentorship:

Students are 92% more likely to volunteer regularly in their communities and 75% more likely to have held a leadership position in a club or sports team.
