


What Earn to Learn looks like at Nevada State University:
Students Must:
- Qualify for in-state tuition (in Nevada)
- Be eligible to receive federal, state, or institutional need-based grant at the time of application.
- Enroll in at least 6 credits per semester in one of the following:
- School of Education
- Students must be in good standing within the University and the School of Education.
- Open to undergraduate students who are program-admitted in their Junior years, and
- Anticipate to complete their programs and degrees in fall 2026.
- School of Nursing
- Students must be in good standing within the BSN program, and
- Successfully completed the first semester of the full-time program or the second semester of the part-time program.
- Anticipate to be enrolled in the BSN program through at least the spring 2025 semester.
- School of Education
- Work with a faculty advisor to create a Master Academic Plan (MAP).
Additional Note:
- NSU will select students who meet these criteria and offer them the opportunity to participate in the ETL program.

Earn to Learn will not tolerate the following:
- Abusive, harassing, discriminating, and/or obscene language or gestures.
- Assault, verbal abuse, or threat of physical harm to a student, Earn to Learn employee/partner, or another person.
- Forgery of school related documents, falsifying information to school authorities, Earn to Learn, or a financial partner.
Any violation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Earn to Learn leadership. Consequences may include a student’s immediate removal from any or all programs.
