The impact of Earn to Learn’s longtime partnership with First Citizens Bank has been immeasurable. Their commitment to our mission has not only empowered our organization but has also transformed the lives of countless students within our community. Today, it is with deep gratitude that we highlight this extraordinary partnership that we look forward to continuing for many years to come.

Over the past decade, First Citizens’ financial contributions have been instrumental in Earn to Learn’s efforts to provide life-changing aid to post-secondary students within the state of Arizona. To that end, First Citizens has decided to continue their support to help Earn to Learn expand nationwide. In June of 2024, they gifted our organization $100K toward our efforts to make our programs available to even more students across the country.

In addition to this incredible donation, First Citizens has decided to extend their offerings beyond financial support and provide our students with new resources that will work to bolster the accessibility and efficacy of our programs. First Citizens now provides the savings accounts that form the bedrock of our Matched-Savings Scholarship Program as we expand nationwide. Students from anywhere in the US will be able to take advantage of their user-friendly, 100% online interface to simplify the enrollment process and start saving. First Citizens also regularly hosts free webinars for our enrolled students, further enhancing their educational experience by equipping them with financial wellness knowledge.

Further strengthening our bond, we are honored to have Stephanie Couser from First Citizens Bank on our board of directors. Her connection has allowed Earn to Learn and First Citizens to find a meaningful way to support the community that resonates with the missions of both teams.

By improving our ability to forge partnerships with educational institutions nationwide, they have ensured that we can support students as effectively as if they were right here in our home city of Tucson.
