Earn to Learn attends National Scholarship Providers Association’s EmpowerEd 2024 Conference
This year, the National Scholarship Providers Association (NSPA) held its annual EmpowerEd 2024 conference, and our very own Director of Community Engagement, Courtney Fauss, was there to make her mark!
Courtney delivered an impactful presentation on how our innovative, holistic program model is improving student success outcomes across the state of Arizona and beyond. In her talk, she shared how Earn to Learn’s unique approach to student empowerment drives the measurable success of our students. She highlighted the importance of wrap-around services, like our financial literacy component, which play a pivotal role in reducing student stress and helping them excel in their educational goals.
While Courtney’s primary mission was to advocate for the national need for Earn to Learn’s programs, she also had the chance to take in valuable insights from the other incredible speakers. A standout moment of the conference was hearing from award-winning author Brandon Fleming, whose keynote address centered on diversity, equity, and inclusion in education—topics that align closely with Earn to Learn’s mission.
Courtney also took the opportunity to connect with our valued educational partners, including Front Range Community College and Western Governors University. Building relationships with organizations that share our passion for student success is imperative for us to do what we do, so we thank NSPA for putting on such a wonderful event and providing us the opportunity!
We’re proud of Courtney’s contributions at the NSPA conference and look forward to continuing to strengthen our impact through partnerships and advocacy for the students we serve!
