Earn to Learn’s Adam Begody Selected for Prestigious Workforce Leadership Fellowship 

At Earn to Learn, we are incredibly proud of our dedicated team, whose commitment to our mission drives real change in the communities we serve. Their passion extends beyond our organization, with many taking on additional leadership roles and professional development opportunities. 

We are thrilled to announce that Adam Begody, Earn to Learn’s Director of Corporate Engagement and leader of our Career Exploration Program, has been selected as one of 19 local leaders to join the 2025 Southern Arizona Workforce Leadership Academy Fellows. This highly competitive program, offered by the Center for the Future of Arizona in partnership with Pima Community College and the Aspen Institute Economic Opportunities Program, is designed to empower leaders to collaborate on workforce development initiatives that address hiring, training, and retention challenges across Southern Arizona. 

Adam’s work thus far has been instrumental in forging key partnerships across the region. Through this ten-month program, he will strengthen his leadership skills, expand his professional network, and develop innovative solutions to workforce challenges—all of which align with Earn to Learn’s mission of providing equitable access to education and career opportunities. His continued leadership in the Career Exploration Program will further enhance our ability to connect individuals with meaningful career pathways. 

We are excited to see the positive impact Adam’s participation in the Workforce Leadership Academy will have on Earn to Learn and the broader community.
