National Mentoring Month 2025 Recap

Every January is National Mentoring Month in the US. First established in 2002, this month is dedicated to highlighting mentorship, exploring its benefits, and encouraging its expansion throughout communities across the country. Leaders in many sectors, from CEOs to US presidents, have long considered mentorship to be a vital tool in setting the nation’s youth up for success through positive relationships with role models in various industries.  

This year, Earn to Learn celebrated National Mentoring Month 2025 with a social media campaign focused on bringing awareness to what we consider to be a critical part of a holistic educational experience beyond high school. This month was chock-full of heartfelt thank you messages from mentors and mentees, insightful interview clips, mentorship highlights, and more. This celebration comes at the perfect time, as we just kicked off a new spring semester with seven mentorship pairs of our own participating in the program. 

Thank you to everyone who helped make this campaign a success and, of course, to all those who lend their passion to mentorship programs all over the nation.
