COMMITMENT:
Next Steps Advisors are fully enmeshed in the fabric of the local communities and, as such, advisors are encouraged to live in the community in which they are placed. Upon successful completion of their commitment, advisors may be invited to return for one to three additional years of service with Earn to Learn Next Steps Program if they choose. Advisors will commit to their full service term hours across the program from September 2023 to June 2024. Hours at site varies per site’s availability.
Candidates who are not willing to make a commitment to complete their full service term with the program should not apply.
