Who am I?

Tasheena McDougall has been a valued member of the Earn to Learn team since July 2022. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and a Masters in Secondary Education, Tasheena brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our mission.

With a dynamic background encompassing six years in nonprofit management at a local Tucson foundation and a rewarding five-year tenure as an English high school teacher, Tasheena’s journey is marked by a commitment to educational impact. Recognizing the potential to make a profound difference in the educational community, she transitioned back to the nonprofit sector, joining Earn to Learn with a vision for educational attainment.

In her role, Tasheena collaborates with team members, contributing to the optimization of financial and development processes to enhance our work environment’s efficiency. She also plays a pivotal role in engaging with Earn to Learn’s supporters, regularly corresponding with partners to discern and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives within the community.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tasheena’s interests include a passion for baking (despite her celiac diagnosis) and a collection of niche perfumes.
