Who am I?
Since October 2015, Kristin Wisneski-Blum has been an integral part of the Earn to Learn family, wearing many hats throughout her tenure but finding her true passion in IT security and tech support. As the Microsoft 365 global administrator, Kristin manages Earn to Learn’s user accounts, groups, and application licensing, ensuring the organization’s digital infrastructure runs seamlessly.
Despite her role in the technology sphere, Kristin’s commitment to Earn to Learn’s mission is unwavering, mirroring the dedication of the program team. She strongly believes in the potential of youth, recognizing their role not only as future leaders but as impactful contributors to the present. Kristin champions the voices and ideas of the Earn to Learn community, acknowledging the transformative power of education in amplifying their impact.
In her early days at Earn to Learn, Kristin took immense pride in interviewing students for the organization’s first website iteration, reflecting on their beautiful stories and breakthrough moments with fondness. More recently, she spearheaded Earn to Learn’s transition to a fully remote workplace, expanding the team to include top talent from across the country. This strategic move not only enhanced our operational capabilities but also contributed to effective cost savings, aligning with Earn to Learn’s commitment to prudent financial stewardship.
Beyond her contributions to Earn to Learn, Kristin is a familiar face in the Tucson community. She serves on the Sahuarita Educational Enrichment Foundation board and organizes the Amado Chili Cook-off to support the Amado Youth Center.
