Who am I?

Carrie Leake joined the Earn to Learn team in January 2021 and quickly emerged as a key player in driving organizational initiatives to optimize processes and refine internal communications. A standout contributor, Carrie played a pivotal role in developing our team’s exceptional Intranet and creating operational standards. Collaborating closely with Kate Hoffman, she has actively championed Kate’s vision for the future throughout her tenure. One of Carrie’s notable achievements includes transforming communication with Earn to Learn’s esteemed Board of Directors. Taking charge, she revamped the methods of sharing updates, introducing a streamlined navigation system that enhances the clarity of materials, ultimately supporting the Board’s success.

Beyond her professional dedication, Carrie is deeply aligned with Earn to Learn’s mission. She finds fulfillment in being a crucial component of the organization’s operations, ensuring that her efforts empower fellow team members to serve the students effectively. The unique accountability and stake that students hold in their program success resonate strongly with Carrie and encourages her to continuously find new methods of support for the team.

Residing in Nashville, TN, Carrie cherishes her role as a mother and a wife to her youth pastor husband and three babies under three. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is passionate about cooking, with a current obsession for sourdough, and enjoys the challenge of running, with her sights set on convincing her husband to join her in a half marathon. Wish her luck on convincing him! Her interests also extend to traveling, immersing herself in nature, and cheering on the Memphis Grizzlies.
