Who am I?

Adam Begody first served Earn to Learn as a Workforce Development Officer in 2016. During this time, he laid the groundwork for many of the organization’s workforce development partnerships that we have today. One of his most noteworthy contributions was establishing a partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management of Greater Tucson (SHRM-GT), which provides our students with free webinars on interviewing strategies, résumé building, internships, and career exploration. Because of the great success of this relationship, Adam won an award for Leadership from SHRM-GT in 2018.

Driven by his passion for providing pathways to education for all, Adam rejoined Earn to Learn in 2024 as the Director of Corporate Engagement. In this role, he will be solidifying our relationships with our current corporate partners and seeking opportunities for new ones to better serve our students with even more opportunities as we continue our push toward national expansion.

Adam is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing pickleball in his spare time. When he’s not rooting on his alma mater Ohio State, you can find him enjoying Arizona Football and Basketball with his wife, Rina, and daughter, Elliot.
